  • Where do I enter the promotional code I have?
    If you received a promotional code for a discounted wash, you can enter this on the final screen before hitting book. Before clicking book, any discounts will be deducted from the overall cost.
  • Can I pay with cash?
    Dont worry, you can pay with cash on the day if you prefer. Just let the attendant know on arrival. We ask to secure your booking with a debit/credit card authorisation and our payment gateway will block £1.00 to confirm the card is real. This will be returned within 5 working days.
  • Are you servicing my area?
    Have a look at our coverage map. [CHECK MAP] If you are outside of our coverage area we may be covering your area soon but you will have to check back later.
  • How will you clean the inside of my car?
    All our services include the interior being cleaned. We will collect your keys from you or ask that you give us access to the interior at the scheduled wash time. Whether you’re in the office and leave your keys with your receptionist, or in the comfort of your home. If we have any problem, we’ll call you. Simple.
  • Is it harmful to the environment?
    No, not at all! Our products contain little to no hazardous ingredients and we do not dispose of liquids into drains. Contrary to popular belief we use on average as little as 10 litres litres of water per car!!! As we use less than most conventional car washes a fortnightly wash saves annually well over 1500 litres of water.
  • Will I get scratch and swirl marks?
    In short there is always a chance of getting swirls. Our main goal is to minimise this as much as possible. For the best result we recommend the Premium or Ultimate service as before contact washing we let the vehicle soak in a thick snowfoam to breakdown and rinse as much superficial dirt as possible.
  • What happens if it rains after my car is cleaned?
    Unfortunatly untill we can come up with a weather controling device this is going to happen again and again. We recommend our Hybrid Ceramic Wax add-on to help your wash last longer by protecting your paintwork from the natural elements with its protective coating. This coating offers extreme water beading protection allowing dirt and grime to fall off with water due to the hydrophobic properties.
  • What happens if it is raining when my booking should take place?
    We offer free cancellations up to 24hours before the booking time. Its best to keep an eye on the weather forecast. Within 24 hours our cancelation policy takes effect. If the attendant can carry out the service due to light/medium rain then the wash will go ahead. If the attendant deems it not possible to carry out the service we will contact you to reschedule for another time within 7 days and there is no extra charge for rescheduling in this instance.
  • Will I get charged if i cancel a wash?
    We understand that schedules change and you may need to change the time of a booking. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the confirmed booking time. If you cancel the booking within 5 to 24 hours of the scheduled time we will charge 50% of the booking. Cancellations within 5 hours of the booking time will be charged in full.   • Can I book in multiple cars?
    Yes. We accept multi vehicle bookings. You can add additional washes during the online booking process.
  • Is there a subscription/savings plan?
    Yes we do offer a way to benefit from terrific discounts if you're looking for a regular service. We call it Save With Repeat Bookings. During the checkout process you will be prompted to select from up to 4 repeat booking timeframes each offering different levels of discount.
  • Will parking be an issue?
    Parking is rarely an issue for us as we are working with beacon lights we can generally double park or temporarily occupy a vacant space. Private Parking: If you're parked in a private parking lot, you'll need to provide access for our operative on arrival. If payment is required you will need to cover this cost.
  • How much space do you need around the car?
    We're good at working in tight spaces but obviously there are limitations. We ask that you leave a minimum of 3 feet on all sides of the car to give our operative space to access the car.
  • Do you need an electricity or water supply?
    Yes & No. We do not require water as our vans are equipped with filtered water and products, however we will request access to an electrical socket plug within 50 meters of the vehicles wash location. If there is no access to power then there will be a small additional charge for the supply of power: £3.00 - Basic £3.50 - Basic Plus £6.00 - Premium £8.00 - Ultimate
  • Whats the main difference between the Basic wash and the Premium wash services?
    The main difference is time and attention. Our operative will typically spend a maximum of 1hr on a basic wash. A Premium wash doubles this time, which is predominantly spent on the interior of the car for a deeper vacum and wet shampooing of the mats (although you can ask for this to be spent more on the outside if you like). We also use some more premium products such as a dry interior shampoo and pre wash snowfoam. All together, the premium gives our operatives more time and better products to go into a higher level of detail on your car, particularly the interior.
  • Whats the main difference between the Premium wash and the Ultimate wash services?
    Again the difference is more time. Our operative will typically spend 2hrs on a Premium wash. With a Ultimate wash they have almost double this time, which is spent on the interior full wet shampoo (Headlining not included) and the wheel arches and alloys. We also use some more premium products such as a dry or wet interior shampoo which gets out majority of stains and odours from fabrics, as well as a leather cleaner and conditioner. All together, the Ultimate wash gives our operatives more time and better products to go into a higher level of detail on your car.
